Partners – Cancellation Policy

Overview:
This Cancellation Policy governs cancellations initiated by Partners. As a Partner, if you cancel a confirmed service request after acceptance or during the waiting period, you will incur a cancellation fee similar to that imposed on Users.
Cancellation by Partners:
Pre-Service Cancellation:
If you cancel a service request more than one hour before the scheduled pick-up time, no cancellation fee will be imposed.
Late Cancellation:
If you cancel within one hour of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of Rs. 100 (or the applicable fee) will be deducted.
Cancellation During Waiting Period:
Once a service is confirmed and you are en route, canceling during the designated waiting period (up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time) will result in additional charges.
Excessive Cancellations:
Repeated or unjustified cancellations may lead to penalties, suspension, or termination of your partnership with DriverZpoint.
Fee Deductions:
Cancellation fees will be automatically deducted from your wallet or charged to your designated payment method as per our payment terms.

Modification of Cancellation Terms:
DriverZpoint reserves the right to modify these cancellation terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on the Platform, and your continued participation as a Partner will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
