User-Initiated Cancellation:
If you cancel your service request more than one hour before the scheduled service time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel within one hour of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of Rs. 100 (or the applicable fee) will apply.
Waiting Period:
Once a Partner is assigned and en route, they will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations during this period may incur additional charges.
Modifications:
DriverZpoint reserves the right to modify the cancellation terms at any time, with notice provided on the Platform.
Repeated Cancellations:
Excessive or fraudulent cancellations may result in account suspension or termination.
